Black Lagoon at Night Train
Fort Wayne’s Most Immersive
Halloween Pop-Up Bar
Step Into the Black Lagoon
This October, Night Train transforms into Black Lagoon, an internationally touring Halloween pop-up bar that has taken over some of North America’s most iconic cocktail bars — and now, it’s surfacing in Fort Wayne.
Black Lagoon isn’t your average pumpkin-lit haunted house. It’s a darkly immersive cocktail experience inspired by cult horror, goth culture, and the macabre. Picture a sea witch’s apothecary, glowing potions, creeping fog, and cocktails that look like they were brewed in a haunted lair.
Created by hospitality veterans Erin Hayes and Kelsey Ramage, Black Lagoon is known for transporting guests into a theatrical, otherworldly world — where eerie decor, moody lighting, and creative drinks come together for a night you’ll never forget
Since its debut, Black Lagoon has become one of the world’s most recognizable Halloween cocktail pop-ups, known for merging high-end cocktails with horror-inspired theatrics. With custom decor, eerie lighting, and elaborate set design, every city stop becomes a new take on its haunted underworld
What to Expect at Black Lagoon

Curated Playlists & Live Events: Goth rock, dark wave, and metal set the tone, plus themed nights and performances like trivia
