Night Train opened in March 2024 in the basement below Dana’s on The Landing in downtown Fort Wayne. Located in one of the city’s most recognizable historic spaces — formerly Columbia Street West and later Bourbon Street Hideaway — Night Train brings new energy to a legendary basement bar.
Night Train is a late-night neighborhood cocktail bar built around strong drinks, great bar food, loud music, and a room that feels alive. It’s the kind of place where you can order a thoughtfully made cocktail, a beer and a shot, a vodka soda, or a round of sliders for the table without overthinking any of it.
The cocktail menu focuses on fresh ingredients, nostalgic flavors, and approachable classics alongside original drinks inspired by dive bars, Midwest taverns, and late-night chaos. Draft beer, tallboys, boilermakers, shots & bumps, frozen drinks, and house cocktails all exist side by side because Night Train is meant to have something for everyone.
The kitchen serves food until 2am with a menu centered around late-night favorites including wings, chop cheese, smash-style sliders, cheese curds, loaded fries, and chicken tenders. Everything is available for dine-in or carryout during service.
Night Train is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm–2am with Happy Hour daily from 5pm–6pm featuring half off the full drink menu. DJs are occasionally featured on weekends, standing room is available throughout the space, and seating is first come, first served.
